Weekend In Review

This past weekend was a fast and furious one! Friday night we drove up to Washington after work and didn't get in until after midnight.

Saturday morning Megan and I went to our favorite hair salon to get hair cuts. I had been wanting to cut my hair for quite some time, but didn't know of any really good salons in Eugene. I ended up taking six inches off! It was a lot hair, but it feels so much better to have it gone.

Much better. Makeup time!

The afternoon was spent with Megan and Mom. We purchased produce to can, ate our favorite pizza at Casa Mia, and went thrift shopping. I found some awesome tops for fall. I absolutely love thrift shopping!

That evening we all congregated at my Dad's house. We ate some yummy Mexican and played games. The boys decided to show off their dancing skills.

Since we aren't all together very often we took some quick family photos. Afterwards we all gathered around the camera to look at all of us making "The Face." Hahaha! I need to get my hands on a copy. It was pretty entertaining.

Sunday we went to church. The talks and lessons were so good! It was also nice to see some friends, I hadn't seen in awhile. I love going to church! Church is something I look forward to every week.

After church I headed back down to Oregon. Andy stayed in Washington to head out on an adventure with my brother-- more to come on that later.
