Motivation Monday

Do you ever struggle to feel motivated to exercise? I do. There are some days that I just don't feel like putting on my exercise clothes and driving to the gym. Working out at home isn't much of an option at the moment because of my stress fracture-- I'm allowed to use the elliptical and that is about it.

This is how we get motivated to go to the gym. If it doesn't motivate you, maybe it will make you laugh...or maybe you will think we are just plain weird...or both?
